Who we are
A guarding company run by people who have stood the post
RW Secure Ltd was set up to fix the two complaints clients make about security suppliers: officers who turn up unbriefed, and paperwork that arrives too late to be useful.
We supply licensed officers to commercial premises, construction sites and events across the UK, and we run the training courses that qualify people to do the work. Because both sides sit under one roof, what we teach in the classroom is what we expect on the gate.
- SIA-licensed and BS 7858 screened
- Site survey before any quote
- Daily occurrence reports
- Named account contact
What we cover
Three services, one standard
Every contract starts the same way — a site survey, an agreed risk picture, and assignment instructions your officers are measured against.
Guarding
Manned guarding
Static officers, access control and patrols for commercial premises, warehousing, retail and vacant property.
Sites
Construction security
Perimeter control, gatehouse duties and out-of-hours cover that protects plant, materials and programme dates.
Events
Event security
Crowd management, accreditation, stewarding and egress planning for events from a few hundred people upwards.
Training
Get licensed, get on site
Five courses, taught by working security professionals rather than career trainers — for people starting out in the industry and for teams that need their tickets refreshed.
- Introduction to SIA Training
- Conflict Management and Resolution
- Physical Intervention Skills
- CCTV Operations and Surveillance
- First Aid
